The Cartagena International Music Festival celebrates with nine days of classical music in Cartagena's plazas, churches and theaters. Founded by the Italian-American harpist Victor Salvi and his wife Julia, the festival is organized to introduce classical masterpieces to all Colombians along with a program of master classes for hundreds of young artists.
