Often called "the Sundance of Europe," the European Independent Film Festival selects outstanding films in 14 categories, seven of which are reserved for non-Euroean filmmakers. It screens some 100 movies and hosts panel discussions, workshops, live music and after-parties. Screenings have been held at Les 7 Parnassiens Cinéma.
