Posture and Anxiety

Mental health and physical health are deeply linked. The central nervous system is the medium where mental and physical meet.
In this free one-hour talk, Dr. Sam Zoranovich will be discussing a model of understanding the relationship between posture and mood, with a particular emphasis on anxiety and depression, and how chiropractic is an excellent complement to traditional talk therapy and psychiatric medications. This talk is particularly geared toward health care providers, but is open to anyone, practitioner, patient, or curious layperson.
