An explosion of color, music, and goodwill, San Francisco's annual Pride Parade is 1.2 million people strong. The parade kicks off at 10:30 am on Market St. and Beale, and ends in the Castro at Market St. and 8th St. With 200 parade contingents, 300 exhibitors, and seven main performance stages, it's a truly joyous occasion, and whether you're there to participate or spectate, you'll be moved by the sheer energy of it.
