The Mother City Queer Project draws more than 10,000 to the annual dress-to-theme party, which has a different elaborate theme each year. Party goers spend as much as two months figuring out what they will wear. Begun in 1994, it attracts a crowd from all over the world and kicks off the summer holidays.
