Old Biscuit Mill is a redbrick former factory that jumpstarted the urban renewal of once gritty Woodstock. It is abustle with galleries, craft shops, boutiques, a wine store and - on Saturdays - the Neighbourhoods Market filled with organic product, fresh-baked bread, craft beer, chocolates, handcrafted cheese. It is also home to some of the city's top restaurants, including Chef Dale-Roberts's Test Kitchen, on the list of the world's 50 best restaurants.
