On the second floor of the Landmark Alexandra, this classy restaurant - the only Michelin three-star Italian restaurant outside of Italy - was named after the Italian classic film by its chef Umberto Bombana, a Fellini fan. Bombana, the longtime executive chef at the Ritz Carleton before it was torn down in 2006 to make room for a bank, is also a big fan of white truffles. He has Otte e Mezzo restaurants in Macau and Shanghai.
