Chino's in the new happening neighborhood on the western side of Hong Kong Island is what happens when you mix Japanese ingredients with Mexican street food, served with chopsticks. The matching-making by a former Nobu Hong Kong chef, a Filipino who grew up in Los Angeles, works. Favorites on the menu are the crispy fish taco and the Al Pastro tacos with marinated pork, pineapple and tomatillo.
