Kin's Kitchen was launched in 2004 by Lau Kin Wai, a well-known food critic whose art collection decorates the restaurant. It serves serves traditional Cantonese cuisine without MSG and uses only "full-term" chicken without any growth hormones. It serves upscale Cantonese cuisine, which has won a Michelin star, on the fifth floor of W Square. Lau Kin Wai also launched Yellow Door, Hong Kong's first private kitchen.
