The Forum, established in 1977, attracts a fancy Chinese crowd more than expats or tourists and is famous for its abalone. Run by Hong Kong celebrity chef Yeung Koon Yat (known as Ang Yat), it has a Michelin star and is one of the most expensive restaurants in the city. It also has dim sum, stir-fry and dried seafood dishes. A 10% service charge is added to the bill.
