A private museum in the basement of an unmarked residential block, the Shanghai Propaganda Poster Art Centre is a fascinating and well organized look at 20th century propaganda art in China. Signage is in English. It also has a gift shop where you might pick up souvenirs or even an original poster if the owner has extras. It's not as hard to find as it sounds. Metro is Changshu Lu. Enter the complex from Zhenning Street and Building B will be straight ahead.
