The Admiral Hotel is housed in a heritage-listed, harbor-side warehouse dating from 1787, and the property makes the most of these nautical roots with massive wooden beams, maritime artifacts, and exposed shrapnel scars from British naval bombardment. The theme extends to the 366 rooms, about half of which have sea views, original brickwork, and arched doorways. Guest will also enjoy award-winning restaurant Salt and its brasserie-inspired menu, which draws crowds, particularly for breakfast.
