A champagne lounge to the rear of swanky Hotel D'Angleterre, Balthazar Copenhagen has an enormous selection of bubbly on offer, as well as a small menu of suitable bites, like oysters, caviar, and smoked fish. The crowd can be a little stiff, but as the night goes on, and the DJ starts to spin, things warm up.
