Run by the Ministry of Culture, the Kunsthal Charlottenborg is a large gallery in Nyhavn with rotating exhibits of contemporary art, architecture, and decorative arts. Built at the request of a group of Danish artists, the goal of the gallery is to establish a dialogue between emerging artists and the masters who have inspired them. Admission is 60 DKK.
