With one of the largest domes of its kind in Europe - modeled after St. Peter's in Rome - the Marble Church is a favorite tourist site. The view from the top of the dome, which requires you to climb 260 steps, allows you to see all the way to Sweden and is aligned perfectly with both the Opera House and Amalienborg Palace. The exterior of the building is covered with scaffolding until 2017, but guided tours into the dome run daily at 1pm and 3 pm. Admission is 25 DKK.
