On the ground floor is a gym, but things get steamy on the three floors underground, filled with saunas, jacuzzi, steam rooms, showers and a large labyrinth of cubicles, darkrooms and erotic cinema. Mondays are probably the busiest day with free admission for the young and beautiful under 25s. Just off Oxford Circus, it's just a 10 minute walk from Soho Square.
