The Stage has replaced Le Staccato, formerly Nice's best known jazz club, in a vaulted cellar in the old town. The new owners have refurbished and put in place a new program with café théâtre, live music (including jazz and rock) and drinks after work, adding charcuterie, marinated vegetables, a house tapenade to the menu.
