Café Français with front row seats on the Bastille circus and tricolor motif by India Mahdavi, is a production of the Costes family, known for transforming Paris hotels and restaurants. The re-do made Architectural Design, which noted that the kitchen had a Michelin one-star chef (the star earned elsewhere). Traditional French fare is served in the Art Deco-inspired brassiere.
