If one has a bike and the necessary physical prowess, it would be a shame to miss the opportunity to bike along the route where the Berlin Wall once divided the city. Finished in 2006 and stretching 160 km, the Berlin Wall trail offers a poetic perspective of the city and serves as an open-air museum, with placards along the way not only orienting the trail's travelers but also teaching them about the division of Germany and the Wall's construction.
