This city hall, finished at the beginning of the 20th century, is a textbook example of the neo-Gothic style that was in vogue during the time. But the facade is not the only attraction. The elaborate Glockenspiel draws an audience for the 11 am, noon and 5 pm chiming, and the restaurant in the basement, Ratskeller, is popular with both locals and visitors.
