Yamamori Noodles is Dublin's first Japanese restaurant, opened in 1995 on South Great George's Street. Part of the now expanded Yamamori group of restaurants and bars, it continues to serve authentic sushi rolls, ramen bowls, teriyakis, sobas, udons and sakes in a comfortable dining room accented with hanging lanterns, framed calligraphy and dark woods.
