A stay at The Hotel Not Hotel is not traditional lodging but more of an experience in a design-gone-wild project by local designers and artists that has culminated in an idiosyncratic and fun space that has peppered a former market arcade with eccentricities. Downstairs, the Kevin Bacon café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a good place for fans of the fantastical and who plan to be out on the town much of the time.
