Osmosis, a tasting-menu-only restaurant, has a different menu every week and a choice of five or seven courses. Looks as though it is going for a Michelin star, but meanwhile the chef still comes out of the kitchen to chat about his creations. A favorite starter is "foie micuit amb poma a la vanilla" (foie gras with apple and vanilla).
