A quirky restaurant in an old finca off the beaten track on the road to Es Canar, Can Suldat is rustic and romantic with an intimate candle-lit courtyard - a hidden gem trying hard to stay off the radar. The food is a mix of Swiss fondue (Peter, the owner is Swiss himself), entrecôte beef, Thai Chicken, raclette and Peter's special salad. The homemade limoncello is extra strong.
