Located in the Lozoya valley, one hour from Madrid by car, Rascafria is a beautiful mountain town. In addition to touristing the 15th century parish church of San Andres Apostol and the Monastery of El Paular, Rascafria is an ideal destination for nature hikes, horseback riding, biking and sports fishing.
Rascafria may be reached by bus line 194, departing Plaza Castilla (Madrid), arriving in a little over two hours.
