obviously it's a gay destination. Besides the beach, there's the Yumbo shopping centre, where most of the (many) gay bars and clubs are located. Though in itself the Yumbo as a complex has a bit of a run down feel. Yet at the same time the atmosphere at the bars is still ok and very festive at night.
