This neo-Baroque whammy of a luxury hotel was built at the start of the 20th-century. It is so tradition-conscious that it's still serving the same hors d'oevres that it served to Aga Khan III during the second World War and insists on its breathtaking views of Lake Zürich even in the Winter, when it offers a rooftop-fondue for its guests.
