Decorated with graffiti by local artists, Oztel is hip with recycled fittings and modern furniture. Its dorm-type rooms accommodate up to 14 people, and there are six private suites. Note that it is a good 15 min bus ride from the nearest beach, although there is an organized tour to a funk night in the Rocinha favela nearby.
