The Carmen Miranda museum in Flamengo Park is dedicated to the iconic 'Brazilian Bombshell' who was once the highest paid woman in the USA. With her unforgettable fruit hat outfit, she starred in a total of 14 Hollywood films, performed on Broadway, was invited to dance for President Roosevelt in 1940, and was the first South American with a star on the Hollywood walk of fame. The museum is due to be relocated to the new Museu da Imagem e do Som in Copacabana in 2015.
