The Bogota version of Gastón Acurio's La Mar Cebicheria has the same classy decor as the Lima original, tasty Pisco Sours and a good ceviche selection. One of the favorite dishes is Saltado Mancoreño, shrimp and white fish chunks in a tangy tangerine sauce served over ricotta-and-pumpkin ravioli.
