The Belén Cemetery, which opened in 1848 and closed in 1896, is full of so many legends and vampire and ghost stories that it schedules spooky tours in broad daylight and after dark. The day tour concentrates on history and architecture, the evening on spirits. Photos are prohibited at night when tours are only in Spanish. All Souls Day on November 2 draws the most visitors.
