Owner/chef Thierry Blouet brings a little bit of France to Puerto Vallarta in his 212-seat Café des Artistes and the more intimate 40-seat Thierry Blouet Cocina de Autor for tasting menus and cooking demonstrations. While a tasting menu ranges between $40 -$90 US without wine, there's also an early-bird special of three courses for around $25 US. After dinner there's a cognac and cigar room with a piano bar.
