Canadians Charlotte Semple and Carole Fast have been handcrafting chocolates at Lix by Xocodiva since 2007 and now have two locations. The original on Rodolfo Gómez is a retail shop and where the chocolatiers work. The newer one on Basillio Badillio has a Xocodiva ice cream parlor next door. The artisan chocolates are also available around town at places like the botanical garden and the farmers' market.
