Le Stud opened in 1995 as "a male bar where men love men", at first drawing members of the Village's leather community but evolving into more of a bear club that is open and welcoming to suits, leather, jeans, chubs and chasers. There are a couple billiards tables, and DJs keep a packed dance floor moving. Note that it opens at 10 am.
