The Vancouver Pride Society has been overseeing the annual Pride parade since the 1970s while also acting as liaison with local businesses and the community at large. A nonprofit organization, it raises thousands of dollars each year for LGBTQ charities. Visitors can stop in to make use of the Society's resources, including a community calendar and meeting rooms.
