In operation since the mid-1970s, the 22-acre VanDusen Botanical Garden is home to plants from around the world, a rose garden, a historic hedge maze and modern sculpture. March through June is the best for catching the flowers in bloom, and the holidays bring a Festival of Lights. Admission varies from $8.25 to $11.25 depending on the season.
