Ria's Bluebird is an Atlanta institution located across from the Oakland Cemetery, in a gorgeous old building full of original Bluebird-inspired art. The café has been serving brunch and lunch since its founding by the late larger-than-life chef and gay-rights activist Ria Pell in 2000. The brisket is cooked to perfection, the pancakes the favorite of many, and if you happen to be in town for the monthly Cuban night, don't miss it.
