The Flying Biscuit Cafe

Candler Park

Though not quite the hideaway it used to be (now with franchised locations all over the place), the original location in Candler Park is still a sweet reminder of a brighter, more optimistic time when ceiling tiles screen-printed with clouds, colorful vinyl tablecloths and a glass of homemade jam at every table were all in vogue. The biscuits that give the place its namesake are ridiculously dense heavy-cream and butter towers that should on no account be resisted.
