Swanky and not particularly pedestrian-friendly, Buckhead is Atlanta's other skyline and in many ways a regretful symbol looming on the horizon of what was. Once a thriving party and bar scene, after a couple shootings and plenty of White Paranoia, it has tamed itself into a none-too-eventful island of high-rise residencies for the wealthy, with a smattering of yuppy bars and businesses.
