Another landmark of the Fourth Ward, this is the church MLK, Jr. attended as a child and where he returned to again and again to deliver sermons. Today, visitors can sit in the pews of this classic, brick and mortar Southern church and still listen to the voice, albeit recorded, of our country's great liberator soar above them.
