This towering hunk of granite is not only a peculiar natural phenomenon but has the largest bas relief sculpture in the world, depicting Civil War Confederates Stonewall Jackson, Robert E. Lee and Jefferson Davis. The surrounding 3,200-acre park is attraction packed with an adventure course, the Summit Skyride, a scenic train, a historic Georgia square, miniature golf, a small museum, a recreation of a pre Civil War Georgia plantation and seasonal activities.
