This cotton-gin-manufacturer turned artist-space draws large crowds of hip Atlantans of all ages to its regular shows and inspires much whispering about the various film-shoots (Hunger Games, anyone?) that take place on the premises. The original industrial buildings have been left mostly untouched, with only the most minimal renovation, and the grounds are unkempt.
