The OUTsider Film and Arts Festival in an international gathering of queer artists, audiences and scholars exchanging ideas and exploring provocative, overlooked and out-of-the box film, dance, theater, performance art, music, writing and visual art. Started in 2014, it holds events at various venues around town.
