Chef Jean Pierre, whose Left Bank Restaurant off Las Olas was legendary in the late 70s, offers special dinner parties at his cooking school where you watch a gourmet cooking demonstration and then eat the finished product. The schedule includes couples-only nights and special theme menus or you can book the kitchen and chef for your own cooking-class party. Classes begin at 7:30 pm with pre-registration required.
