Next to the Greyhound Bus Station and near FAT Village, Top Hat is a New York-style delicatessen, the latest addition to the "be nice" restaurant group that includes Coconuts, Red Cow, Foxy Brown, and G&B Oyster Bar. The story behind the hat is that it belonged to the owner's grandfather who came to the US from Germany in 1936.
