The three guys of Trois Mec are celebrity chefs Ludo Lefebvre, Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, who offer a changing five-course tasting menu in a former pizza parlor whose sign still hangs out front. No walk-ins accepted, but diners can reserve through an online pre-paid ticketing system that automatically adds 18 percent service. There's nothing fancy about the strip-mall storefront except the fine dining experience. It regularly carries off "best-restaurant" awards.
