The Derby Dolls, Southern California's premiere all-female roller derby league, compete twice a month throughout the year and train four times a week in the Dollosseum, a banked oval track on the east side of LA. Founded in 2003, the league has several hundred skaters, including children. A number of training programs are offered, including Fresh Meat for women wanting to become full-fledged Derby Dolls.
