The West Hollywood Library's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Collection on the second floor is one of the largest in the US. It includes classic and contemporary fiction and nonfiction and a HIV information center. Lamba Literary, a queer book club, meets the last Tuesday each month at 8:30 pm and sponsors the "Lammy" awards for LGBTQ authors.
