The OUTshine Film Festival, the largest LGBT cultural arts event in South Florida, screens nearly 70 international entries at Regal Cinemas South Beach and Scottish Rite in downtown Miami. A separate Fort Lauderdale edition is held each October. Formerly the MiFo LGBT Film Festival and before that separately as the Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival and the Fort Lauderdale Gay & Lesbian Film Festival, only the name has changed.
