The Capri Restaurant is the way Florida used to be back in the 1950s when the Accursio family from Boston opened the Capri in one rented room. Still in the family, it has grown into a local institution, the place to go for family celebrations and early bird specials. It uses organic and locally grown ingredients and specializes in traditional Italian and steakhouse dishes. At the southernmost end of Miami-Dade County, it's well worth a stop if you're traveling to the Everglades or the Keys. Hours: 11:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m., Fridays until 10 p.m. Sundays 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. Closed Sundays
